Inside Sales Representative - ISA - Customer Experience

As an Inside Sales Representative at The Huffaker Group, you will prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by The Huffaker Group. 

We are seeking someone with grit! Our ideal candidate is hungry, humble, and aware!

The right candidate will be driven, accountable, a team player with a positive attitude, and will be able to provide incredible client care.

You will be involved in all aspects of the process of prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments, and managing leads in our contact management database system.

We use phone, email, text, and automation to build and maintain relationships

You will obtain important information about buyer and seller leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing and/or Buyer Specialists. The Huffaker Group provides all training and coaching necessary to successfully perform at a high level. 

A good performer averages $40,000 in their first year and $60,000 or more in their second.

Responsibilities

  • Occasional nights and weekends required
  • Prospect new business daily
  • Become a pro in scripting
  • Understanding personality types and how to read them
  • Manage 50 plus new leads each week and work through existing leads to convert into 6-10 buying and or listing appointments weekly 
  • Manage contact database system
  • Willing to be held accountable for goals/results
  • Attend training and establish daily role-play partner activities 
  • Willing to learn new markets
  • Flexible scheduling from 7 is-10pm CST with one weekend per month. Scheduled accordingly

Qualifications

  • Must have detail-oriented skills and be able to follow a schedule 
  • Results-oriented and a high achiever 
  • Superior customer service

  • Comfortable on the phone 6 hours per day
  • Can operate in a fast-paced work environment 
  • Desire to grow in a big business
  • A RE license is not required but would be a plus
  • An eye for detail and exceptional customer awareness

  • Brings solutions to problems when presented to the team

Compensation
$40,000 - $60,000 yearly
