We are looking for a high performing Inside Sales Agent to join the Lively Charleston Real Estate Team!

The job duties will include taking inbound calls from our various marketing sources, along with prospect follow-up. Your goals on these calls are to build rapport and set an appointment for one of our Outside Sales Agents.


You must have the ability to talk to homeowners on the phone and take gentle control while building rapport and determining if you should set an appointment. You must be able to mirror other peoples’ energy, make them feel comfortable, ask great questions, show empathy, and uncover their motivation. 

You must have the coordination skills of a juggler. You will be working with multiple schedules, having to determine who to set the appointment for on the fly.

You must also LOVE what we do. This is clockwatchers! Your focus needs to be on getting the job done at the highest level possible - remember, doing work you’re proud of - not just getting the job done and over with.

We need someone who has experience being on the phone previously and understands what being on the phone all day entails. You must have thick skin. Some prospects may have not gotten enough sleep and may not be in the best temperament. Being able to bounce back after these tough calls is a MUST.

Externally, we will give Chick-Fil-A level customer service to everyone we speak with outside of our organization. This means you do WHATEVER is needed to make sure prospects are taken care of. If we cannot help them, we will point them in the right direction to someone who can solve their problem. 

Execution on our vision starts with YOU playing a vital role as the first in contact with most of our clients. YOU are the first impression the prospect gets of our company. We will make sure you have EVERYTHING you need to succeed, but it's up to you at the end of the day to come in every day and provide the highest level of service you can.


  • Keep CRM updated with all relevant information
  • Handle phone calls promptly and professionally
  • Answer all incoming calls live unless on a call already or if it is after business hours

  • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Real estate license or pursuing required
  • At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position
  • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
$50,000 - $75,000 yearly
