Experienced Inside Sales Representative for #1 Real Estate Team!

One of the top real estate teams in Colorado is hiring one more experienced Inside Sales Representative to join the 15 of us dominating the Front Range. More like a network of individual top-producing agents, The Umphress Group is made up of 15 incredibly fun, talented, hard-working people (all up and down the Front Range, from Ft. Collins to the Springs). The right candidate will have significant growth potential, a great work environment, and the ability to build a great career, not just a job.

This role is on an hourly compensation, plus bonuses for signed agreements, and even larger bonuses once those contracts close (as high as $2,000-$3,000 bonuses for higher price points)

The right person for this role will be:

  • Willing to talk to anyone, anytime, and learn how to handle common objections
  • Experienced in phone prospecting with a strong track record of success
  • A BIG thinker who wants to improve constantly; prideful "industry veteran" agents who are finished learning need not apply
  • Interested in substantial upward mobility; not just a job
  • Growth-motivated, desire to increase income and influence

Responsibilities

  • Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met
  • Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions
  • Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads
  • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads
  • Provide monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion

Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele
  • Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met
  • Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads
  • Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
  • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position
  • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
Compensation
$60,000
