The ideal person should be decisive, customer service focused, self-motivated, relationship-based, and have a consultative style. The position is based in Lancaster Pa.
Income is a combination of a base salary plus bonuses. Our target income is $60,000 - $75,000 +. Benefits include health insurance options, paid vacation and personal days, and more. Opportunity for growth based on performance.
- Develop relationships and opportunities using our unique systems of incoming leads to set appointments for our agent team
- Achieving productivity, appointment setting, and transaction targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries and registrations. Excellent communication with our agent team.
- Primary duties include responding to website registrations using phone calls, texts, and e-mail communication to be of service in the short and long term to identify opportunities.
- Database and daily reports are kept current
- Utilize our unique systems and services along with the ability to communicate them to assist in the conversion
- Assumes personal responsibility to complete all responsibilities consistently on a daily basis
- Passionate about selling
- Works well in a self-directed manner
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Is a great team player
