We’re looking for an experienced real estate inside sales agent to play a key role on our team. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyer’s and listing agents. Responsibilities
  • Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
  • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
  • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
  • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region
  • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license
  • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
  • +1 year of real estate sales experience

  • Real Estate License is preferred but not required
  • Must be knowledgeable of the geographical area (Birmingham, Al and surrounding neighborhoods

Compensation
$1,500 per month base pay

The Graham Group Real Estate team began in 2007 with Clarence Graham and his wife, Ebony. Clarence began his real estate career as an investor but his love of real estate compelled him to join the world of real estate sales. His wife later joined him and they formed a team. Now with 14 agents, they are looking to continuously grow and pour their knowledge into others. In 2018, their team reached new heights by helping almost 100 families buy, sell, or invest in real estate, and in 2019, they are looking forward to increasing that number astronomically. In 2019, the team received Alabama's #1 Team in Sales and Volume.
