We are in need of a Real Estate Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for prospecting new leads, making cold calls, building relationships with potential clients, and improving our lead conversion rate. Responsibilities
  • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs
  • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads
  • Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele
  • Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met
  • Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data

  • Conduct 200+ calls (outbound and inbound) per day to contact and qualify prospective real estate buyers and sellers
  • Generate appointments for Listing and/or Buying Specialists to conduct face-to-face meetings with qualified prospects
  • Provide world-class customer service to customers
  • Build and manage our qualified leads through the sales pipeline
  • Document all customer interactions, follow up activity, and buying decisions in our CRM system
  • Meet and exceed goals set by the company
  • Practice and execute sales scripts
  • Work collectively with the Sales Team to guarantee top performance

Qualifications
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license
  • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Over 1 year of experience generating real estate leads
  • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills

  • Must have Real Estate License
  • Positive, enthusiastic, motivated, and solution-oriented
  • Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
  • Strong phone skills: high energy, friendly tone, able to close and set appointments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Be tech-savvy
  • Be able to adapt to constant changes in the real estate market

Compensation
$14 hourly
