We are in need of a real estate inside sales agent to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for prospecting new leads, making cold calls, building relationships with potential clients, and improving our lead conversion rate. Compensation:

• Inside Sales Reps who meet/exceed company quota will have on-track earnings of $50,000+ in year 1
• A base salary draw + commission
• Accelerated compensation structure. $70,000+/annual Income can be obtained by top performers

• Answer/return phone calls from seller leads
• Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
• Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate leads
• Track and report daily/weekly/monthly numbers for the company scorecard
• Assist in administrative and team tasks
• Be challenged to grow and think outside the box
• Collaborate with a face-paced team
• Bring new ideas to the organization when opportunities for improvement present themselves

• Must be able to work full-time. Schedules can be somewhat flexible with advancement
• Background and track record of success in selling is preferred
• Clean background check required
• Drivers License required
• Must be extremely proficient in selling over the phone and in-person
• A Real Estate License is not required
