The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. - This is a commission-based sales position.
- This is in-office only(near Hurstbourne and I-64 in Louisville, KY).
- Must have a license or completed a KY or IN accredited real estate course.
- Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs
- Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
- Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele
- Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
- Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
- Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license
- Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
- Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position
