As an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) at The Seeby Group, you will prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by The Seeby Group. You will assist in all aspects of the process of prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments, and managing communication in our contact management database system. You will obtain critical information about buyer/seller leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing and/or Buyer Specialists. The Seeby Group provides all training necessary to successfully perform in the ISA position and a real estate license is not required.

Responsibilities
  • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
  • Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals
  • Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently
  • Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data
Qualifications
  • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent time management skills
  • Organized, systematic, and detail-oriented
  • Results-focused, with a drive for a high level of success
  • Strong typing and computer skills, able to navigate the Internet
  • Strong, clear, professional telephone voice and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
  • Has experience leading others
  • Methodical, consistent, and driven to reach personal goals
  • Eager to grow their skills and develop into a leader within the team


Compensation
$75,000+ at plan, commission
