We are in immediate need of Inside Sales Professionals who are motivated by success, like to have fun and have proven track records of phone sales and appointment setting. You must be comfortable making a heavy volume of calls per day to generate sales opportunities for our team.
The best candidates for this position have previous experience with high volume outbound calling, customer service and appointment setting. We are only looking for candidates experienced in Appointment Setting, Inside Sales and/or Direct Sales roles.

*This is a Part Time position.
**If you do not hold a real estate license, your compensation will be hourly pay and the rate will depend upon your experience.
- Provide up-to-date information regarding clients and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently
- A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base
- Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies served by our team in order to expand our clientele and build our business
- Making outbound calls, communicating via email, and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met, while increasing our client base
- Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process
- Using an auto dialer making 80-90 outbound dials per hour
- Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills
- Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
- Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- Practices, memorizes and internalizes scripts
- Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus
- Passionate about selling
- Real Estate License is a plus but not required
- Must possess a very basic knowledge of Real Estate
- 6 months experience in Real Estate as an Inside Sales Agent
- 2+ years experience in direct sales, high volume outbound phone sales, or telemarketing
- Excellent customer service skills
$26,000 - $48,000 (base plus commission with real estate license)
