Lead Manager needed for our Real Estate Investment Firm. We are looking to generate more leads and will need more people to keep track of all the leads.

The primary role will be to manage the lead database for a local Real Estate Investor who purchases homes directly from homeowners in the Florida market. This consists of answering incoming calls from homeowners each week, following up with existing leads, and keeping the lead database and CRM up to date, as well as assisting with various other administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a fun, friendly, and outgoing personality. They will be the first contact for potential home sellers and will be responsible to build rapport and collect the necessary information over the phone. They will also be detail-oriented, organized, able to follow direction, professional, and customer service oriented. This person needs to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible, and have good problem-solving skills, a good attitude, and common sense.

I will train the right candidate and provide ongoing coaching and support!

Responsibilities
  • Answering calls from incoming leads
  • Entering seller and property info into CRM
  • Making follow up calls
  • Keeping lead database up to date
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Helping homeowners find a solution to selling their home 
  • Explaining the process of selling your home without a realtor
  • Reporting weekly numbers
  • Assisting with contract paperwork
  • Various administrative tasks and paperwork
  • Various other tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • No previous real estate experience required (although it is a plus)
  • BILINGUAL required - Spanish required
  • Must be able and willing to take calls on weekends and after normal business hours
  • Personable and comfortable talking to people
  • ability to spend 80% of work day on the phone or outbound dialing
  • Friendly, fun, outgoing personality
  • Professional and easy to talk to
  • Extremely organized
  • understanding of G Suite and basic understanding of CRM platforms
  • scheduling efficiency
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus, but not a requirement
  • Excellent communication skills, work well with people and in teams
  • Self motivated and hardworking
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good common sense
Compensation
$45,000 - $70,000 (includes base+bonuses)
