A multi-million dollar Real Estate Investment company in Springboro is seeking to add another overachiever to our team! This is a long-term, career position. It also has the capacity to develop into an Acquisitions Team Lead/Sales Manager position for the right person. NO Real Estate experience is necessary!

You will be buying properties directly from homeowners on behalf of our company, thus, no license or experience is needed. We buy 20-25 properties every month using our own funds and provide you the opportunity to make one heck of an income. You’ll be helping people from all walks of life and you must be able to quickly build rapport in person and on the phone with everyone you meet.
This position is focused solely on the acquisition of properties for the best price that can be negotiated fairly with the Sellers. You won’t be selling a product, you’ll be selling the convenience of working with our company in exchange for accepting a lower cash price for the property. You must be professional, able to connect with all kinds of personalities, ethical, and represent our brand effectively. We do NOT hire greasy high-pressure salespeople and our “close” isn’t a hard sell. We simply present the benefits we offer in the best way possible and help our clients make an informed decision to work with us.
Compensation: $7,000 - $15,000 per month or more. That is not a typo. If you are assertive and close effectively on the leads the company provides, this is an extremely well-compensated position limited only by the amount of work you’re willing to put in. You will have warm, hot, and cold leads all of which you’re 100% required to pursue. Over 90% of leads are inbound and warm or hot, but you will have 10% outbound to find people, reach out, offer to help a bad situation, etc. If you’re shy, afraid to dial 150x per day, afraid to chase folks down and reach out via phone, text, email, FB, LI, calling their family, door-knocking in person, talking to neighbors, etc…. this is NOT the career for you. We’re looking only for those with the hunger to pursue and chase leads and turn them into deals. It’s what we do every day and why we have multiple 6 figure earners here that are absolutely CRUSHING it!

This is a sales career that lets you write your own ticket. There’s a heavy focus on commission and closing deals. Your first 8 weeks with us will be a training period, during which you'll be paid $500 weekly as a base. With our training, you should be closing deals within your first 3-4 weeks easily, but we offer 8 full weeks of training, and ongoing training and support every single day here.
You must be very tech-inclined. You'll make 60-100+ calls per day to follow up with prospects, respond quickly to warm/hot inbound leads, update our CRM daily and stay on task until deals are closed, operate within our other systems, use our phone apps, etc.
Understand that this is not a 9-5 job. We're only looking for those that want a long-term career and understand that this is SALES. We work and take calls when the clients want to make the sale. We're on their time schedule, they are not on ours. You're expected to answer and return calls during all reasonable hours, even at home, out to dinner, etc. Those who succeed here put the client first and make it happen. While the bulk of activity is always during 9a-6:30pm office hours, there will be calls at 8:45pm, calls on Saturday at 8:30am, calls on Sunday at 4:42pm, etc. We make the sale when our client wants to sell and we only surround ourselves with top A-players that understand this.
