We are in need of a real estate inside sales agent to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible to learn our system and strategically follow-up with and nurture our buyer prospects in a low pressure manner by asking some simple questions. There is NO cold calling involved in this position. (No need for you to find the leads--WE PROVIDE ALL LEADS!)

The ideal applicant has a knack for nurturing our qualified leads with our friendly, proven dialogues and questions and then, closing for appointments. You should have good client management, communication, and organization skills. You could play a key role on our team.

Responsibilities
  • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs
  • Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data
  • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
  • Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals

  • Learn and utilize our Follow-up system with prospects via email, phone calls, and text to determine their timing and motivation regarding real estate and set up appointments for team members.
  • Learn and use our CRM to input all communication notes with prospects and if necessary, correct any previous existing misinformation.
  • Track monthly performance and key sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met.

Qualifications
  • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
  • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position

  • At least 1 year of sales experience in the real estate business or as any sales representative or telemarketer.
  • Must be able to learn and follow our system of helping people with their real estate needs both on the phone or the computer.
  • Must be able to impress upon our prospects, the value of meeting with a member of our team in person (or virtually).
  • Never listen to the 1st 'NO'

Compensation
$35,000 - $65,000 yearly

Our office is at the heart of Wollaston center, just a 5 min. walk to the T station and our parking lot is right next to the office. We specialize in helping consumers with their real estate needs--whether buying, selling, or investing--everywhere from Quincy to Greater Boston & the South Shore.
