If you love to talk and to help people, we’ve got the role for you! We’re looking for outgoing, self-motivated people to fill our Inside Sales Agent positions. The primary responsibility of this position will be to increase the number of sales opportunities for our growing team. You must be able to provide exceptional customer service that builds the trust and confidence of our client base. This role includes prospecting for leads via telephone and managing all aspects of the leads for our Listing and Buyer's Specialists.

Please note at first this will be a part-time job (3 - 4 hours a day) and as you/we progress as a team the pay will go up and hours will extend. I can also mentor you on the business. I will add that with every appointment you confirm a nice bonus will apply and with every listing I get and sell there will be a nice percentage/bonus in it for you. So this can potentially within time can be a very high paying career.

  • Use our CRM to compile a list of all leads and regularly follow-up on those leads to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
  • Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations
  • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area served by our team to expand our sales region and meet the needs of a larger customer base
  • Making outbound calls, communicating via email, and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met, while increasing our client base
  • Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process
  • Practices, memorizes and internalizes scripts
  • Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills
  • Eager to find best possible solution with a positive attitude
  • Great phone presence with a closer mentality
  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
$15 per hour + bonuses

I am a self-employed Broker at Compass practicing real-estate in NYC for over 15 years now. I am looking to expand my team. My day consists of 3 hour calls on a daily basis to obtain new business. I have closed an extra 5 deals annually from the phones. I am looking for someone to help and to reap the rewards with me.
