Lead Specialist needed for Real Estate Investment Company!

Our fast growing real estate company is seeking an Inbound Lead professional with outstanding phone skills. This is a work from home position. Previous real estate experience is not necessary. 

This job requires a high level of enthusiasm, professionalism, ability to project a positive attitude over the phone and a knack for getting people to feel comfortable talking to you. We are also looking for people who are self-starters, can take direction and have a desire to be the best they can be.

This position will involve taking inbound calls from homeowners in South Florida who have received one of our marketing pieces about purchasing their home. It is up to our Lead Specialist to take those calls and create an instant rapport while gathering basic information about their property. In addition to gathering basic information, as our Lead Specialist, you will attempt to gauge how motivated they are to sell their house by analyzing their tone, attitude and willingness to share information. Finally, the Lead Specialist sets an appointment for our Acquisition person to go and talk with the seller. All information gathered during the call will then be entered into our CRM (lead database) system by the Inbound Lead Specialist.

Along with taking inbound calls, our Lead Specialist will be making outbound calls to follow-up with leads that are already in our system in order to stay on top of them for when they’re ready to sell. Just like when they call in, you’ll then set an appointment for our Acquisition person to go and talk with the seller.

Finally, as our lead specialist, you will be generating leads by making outbound calls to warm and cold leads.

Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls as they are received.
  • Return any missed calls within 5 minutes.
  • Gather information from callers about their property (script provided).
  • Create rapport with callers and gauge motivation to sell.
  • Set appointment for Acquisition Manager.
  • Enter all information gathered from caller into company CRM (Data base).
  • Must be a team player and get along with other team members.
  • Prospect by making outbound calls to leads we provide.
Qualifications
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written).
  • Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills.
  • Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills.
  • Practices, memorizes and internalizes scripts.
  • Independent and self-motivated.
  • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line.
Compensation
$12 + bonus per closed contract
