We are currently seeking Inside Sales Agents. The Inside Sales Agent will prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by our company. You will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments, and managing leads in our contact management database system. You will obtain critical information about buyer/seller leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing and/or Buyer Specialists.

We are looking for someone who is results-oriented, has the ability to quickly connect and build rapport with strangers, and possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads
  • Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data
  • Understand client needs to more effectively offer solutions and support
  • Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele
  • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs

  • Call leads and make appointments for the outside sales agents

Qualifications
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • +1 year of real estate sales experience
  • Positive, enthusiastic motivated and solution oriented
  • Real estate license or pursuing required
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car

  • Familiar with calling leads and making appointments

Compensation
$25,000 - $80,000 yearly
