Part Time Real Estate Inside Sales and Database Management

Looking to hire one or two people for appointment setting. This is a part time position and can be part of a college internship (we will help with paperwork) if needed. If you are upbeat, energetic and outgoing or like to write, or text and have a warm, friendly style, then this position may be right for you. Most of all we are looking for people who are kind, supportive, encouraging, problem solving and enjoy working as part of a team. Must be forward thinking and have the desire to grow with the team.

In addition to being goal driven, you need to be great with people and skilled in customer service. Computer skills and social media knowledge are a must! Real estate background is helpful but a license is not required.

Responsibilities
  • Appointment setting
  • Aid in communicating with clients in database to solve clients' real estate challenges and provide information
  • Edit website using Wordpress to add information
  • Upload new clients into database
  • Coordinate for event planning; review marketing data
Qualifications
  • Able to learn scripts and incorporate them into regular conversation
  • Excellent written skills for text and email
  • Must have a "never give up" attitude in desire to help others
  • Must have "others oriented" focus
Compensation
$15.00 / hr + bonuses
