Real Estate Inside Sales Inbound / Outbound / Lead Follow Up

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Associate (ISA) to assist our growing Real Estate Team! You will be the first point of contact for our customers.

As an Inside Sales Associate, you will prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by our team. You will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments and managing leads in our contact management database system. Schedule valid Listing and Buyer appointments for our agents.

This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while effectively assisting customers with their inquiries.

It is important that you really enjoy being on the phone, have a great phone personality, and want to help people--besides being a great sales person who loves to follow up! Please love speaking with people as well as interacting online.

Please have a proven track record of success in Inbound Sales work preferably with a Real Estate focus. Active California Real Estate Sales Person License desired. 

Our ideal candidate has worked in call centers and has proven corporate sales and leadership. There may be leadership opportunities for successful performers! Please learn quickly and have a decent grasp of technology as you will be on the phone and computer a lot!

This is an in office position in our Long Beach location. We have a fun culture and like to work hard and play hard!

Responsibilities
  • Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline in areas designated by the team
  • Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and cold calling
  • Primary duties include inbound and outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle
  • Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments with our agents
  • Manage cultivation of inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments
  • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections
  • Qualify leads to accurately convey motivation, competition and financial specifics to Real Estate Agents
  • Maintain a bright and positive attitude
  • Enter info about the clients into a database through the sales funnel
  • Develop sales opportunities within specific geographies served by our team

  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
  • Independent, self-motivated, decisive, with strong sense of urgency
  • Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
  • Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented
  • Proven leadership and motivational skills
  • Successful sales track record
  • Be familiar with CRMs
  • Be tech savvy and able to navigate Google platforms, sheets, and the MLS
  • Valid California Real Estate Sales Person License desired
Compensation
$100,000, based upon sales success
