As an Inside Sales Agent, you will prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by our team.

You will be responsible for setting qualified appointments for your partnered Listing and/or Buyer Specialists.

You'd need to live here or be willing to move here to Colorado Springs.


  • Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline
  • Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments with field agents
  • Manage the cultivation of inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments
  • Make outbound lead follow-up calls
  • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections
  • Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities, and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle
  • Working in the office 3 days/week
  • Staying organized and being able to track your time and metrics
  • Excited about growth and accountability


  • Candidates must have at least 1-year proven phone success in sales or telemarketing
  • Traits, attitudes, skills: unstoppable mindset, coachable, exceptionally driven, resourceful, results-oriented, passionate about helping businesses grow, persuasive, assertive, honest, quality follow-up, attention to detail, gregarious, outstanding verbal communicator over the telephone

$50,000 - $125,000 (includes base salary + commissions)
