Phillips & Company is a high energy, highly specialized, productivity-driven Real Estate Sales Team. A successful inbound sales associate would be passionate about achievement and draw energy from working with people. This enthusiastic, self-starting person with a passion for selling is responsible for converting leads into appointments through personalized follow-up. 

This individual will take ownership of leads, and actively systematize the conversion process for maximum effectiveness. They can record their productivity and sales metrics and track the results in regular accountability meetings. This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and the subsequent documentation, assignment, and follow up of those leads.

This individual must be highly trustworthy—in addition to being the first point of contact to the team, they will also have access to sensitive files and information regarding associates, customers, and finances.

The Inside Sales Associate's activities directly affect the bottom line, and as such they are deeply committed to the team achieving greater and greater levels of success, as well as to growing their own skills and developing into a leader within the team.

This job will require a mental toughness and drive to succeed at a high level! The payout is there for the right person who is driven to achieve, annual compensation ranging from $60,000-$100,000+.

Over time, as leadership skills are exhibited, the Inside Sales Associate may have the opportunity to grow into a Sales Manager or Director of Lead Generation for the Phillips & Company real estate team.

Weekly base and big bonuses. Unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities
  • Organizational skills required with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to exercise judgment and work independently.
  • Have the ability to handle shifting priorities.
  • Personal initiative is also necessary.
Qualifications
  • Fluent English speaking language skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedures, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write clear and legible memos, notes, and compose appropriate business emails.
Compensation
$60,000+ at plan Base + Bonus
