We are seeking a motivated Telemarketing Sales Representative to prospect on the phone to set appointments with both prospective buyers and sellers of real estate. We have more leads than we can handle and need devoted Team Member to call, prospect, and convert into buyer and listing appointments for our outside sales agents to convert into clients.

You will use your exceptional phone skills, sales skills and relationship-building ability to set appointments for some of the best real estate agents in the business.

There is room for possible advancement and career growth within the Team as we grow into needing someone to fill a Sales Manager role.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and growing the Team’s client base through phone call prospecting of sellers and buyers, and converting leads into appointments for our outside sales agents to convert into clients
  • Achieving productivity goals, appointment setting goals, and revenue goals while responding efficiently to sales leads and setting outbound listing appointments for the team with potential seller client prospects 
  • Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline 
  • Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling appointments with potential clients
  • Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments with field agents
  • Ability to follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections 
  • Qualify leads to accurately convey motivation, competition, and financial specifics to real estate agents

Qualifications

  • Has strong sales experience, preferably telephone-based
  • Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Background in sales/marketing/customer service
  • Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
  • Has NYS real estate license ideally, but not required
  • Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken
  • Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented

Compensation
$60,000+ hybrid base & commission at-plan
