We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Agent to join our growing Real Estate Team! As an Inside Sales Agent you will be speaking with visitors to our website to assist them in the home buying process. You will use your exceptional phone skills and relationship building ability to set appointments for some of the best real estate agents in the business. 

The Inside Sales Agent is passionate about achievement, draws energy from working with people and works with a sense of urgency. This enthusiastic, self-starting person with a passion for selling is responsible for converting a massive amount of leads into appointments through personalized follow-up. This individual will take ownership of leads, and actively systematize the conversion process for maximum effectiveness. They record their productivity and sales metrics and track the results in regular accountability meetings. 

This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and the subsequent documentation, assignment and follow up of those leads. ( We Have A Lot of Leads That CALL US! ) This person also has the organizational and time management skills necessary to handle the constant flow of leads coming in and the subsequent documentation, assignment, and follow up of those leads. This individual must be highly trustworthy—in addition to being the first point of contact to the team, they will also have access to sensitive files and information regarding associates, customers, and finances.

This position will be an integral part of our core sales team. The ability to collaborate in a group setting with desire to add value not only to clients but fellow team members is a core value we are looking for in an individual looking to be a part of our team.

Must be available to work 2 Saturdays a month from 10 am to 2 pm. 

Base salary is $23,380 – Expected annual earnings first year is $75,000+ 

Responsibilities
  • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
  • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region
  • Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
  • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
  • Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met
Qualifications
  • Over 1 year of experience generating real estate leads
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license
Compensation
$75,000+ includes commission.
