As an Inside Sales Agent, you will work the phones to prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by our team. You'll be responsible for prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments, and managing leads in our contact management database system. You'll make appointments with qualified leads for the Outside sales Agents.
The ideal candidate is committed to the achievement and a team player. You love the phone and the close! This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while effectively assisting customers with their inquiries.
Must be able to work independently and be a self-starter. Must be able to read and memorize scripts.
