Our rapidly growing team is in search of a motivated real estate inside sales agent. You’ll hunt for leads, gather pertinent information for buyers and sellers, and add leads to the sales funnel. We are looking for someone who is results-oriented and has the ability to quickly connect and build rapport with people. Applicants should be experienced, driven sales professionals, are proactive and can self-manage. This role will be interactive with our fun and busy Agents.

Responsibilities
  • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads
  • Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads
  • Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals
  • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs

  • Work to improve our systems for efficiencies.
  • Take inbound call from our listings, online ads, past clients to answer questions, book appointments, or forward on the appropriate person.
  • Circle prospect by contacting neighbors of our listings, inviting them to open houses and see who they may know may be buying or selling.


Qualifications
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license
  • At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position
  • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred

Must be a self starter, desire to learn and improve, and self disciplined.

*This is a new position on the team that needs to be developed.*

1-2 Year minimum Commitment. Long term commitment to the Team Growth.

Compensation
$48,000 - $90,000+ (base + commission bonuses)
