This position is database conversion, appointment setting, relationship building, and customer follow-up. It involves leadership, organization, a great eye for detail, a strong commitment to systems, and a friendly, personable demeanor on the phone.

The Inside Sales Agent (ISA) position performs a myriad of roles:

  • Must possess exceptional phone skills and be unafraid to talk to anyone (we'll teach you the things to say and the questions to ask)
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented and dedicated to tracking, systems, and processes
  • Must be willing to work independently but have consistent accountability conversations
  • Must be hyper-focused on meeting and exceeding goals through conversations with potential clients
  • Must have patience, grit, and determination to be successful in sales

We're not interested in someone who just wants to sell houses. We're interested in someone who loves making connections and doesn't want the audacious evening/weekend schedule of a real estate agent that pulls you out of your home.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up with all new leads and previous clients by phone, email, text, and video text 
  • Pursue leads consistently until appointments are scheduled with an agent
  • Use CRM to compile current information for all customers, ensuring agents have up-to-date and accurate data
  • Partner with agents to execute meetings
  • Report activity and results 
  • Proactively improve performance through coaching and feedback provided by management
  • Have a growth-oriented mindset and be open to new ideas and coaching
  • Help implement and build out the ISA department
  • Assist with ISA and Agent onboarding 
  • Other duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Possess a real estate license
  • One year of sales experience as a real estate inside sales agent, sales associate, or related position in business development or the real estate industry
  • Possess superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of spreadsheets and progress tracking measures
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license required, able to travel by car
  • Experience in any of the following areas is a plus: canvassing, door knocking, political lobbying, military.

Compensation
$45,000 - $150,000+ + commission
