Applicants have to be enthusiastic and determined to prospect, qualify, and follow up leads for buyers and sellers. You also have to schedule appointments for Listing and/or Buyers Specialists once a lead qualifies.
A successful candidate would be intensely motivated to achieve and draw energy from working with people. This enthusiastic, self-starting person with a passion for selling is responsible for converting leads into appointments through personalized follow-up.
This individual will work alongside our listing agents and agent partners to find homeowners looking to sell and buy. They will take ownership of leads, and actively systematize the conversion process for maximum effectiveness. They can record their productivity and sales metrics and track the results in regular accountability meetings. You must have exceptional phone skills, a passion for phone-based sales and be the type of person who gets excited every time you set an appointment and uses rejection as a motivator to find greater success. You have a fire in your belly and you don't give up. You are looking for a long-term career, not a part-time job. You would be described as “tech-savvy” and like to learn things as you go. You come off as genuine and intelligent, are great at instantly developing rapport and you have a strong track record of closing. You look at a challenge as fun and understand that it may take several “no’s” to get to a YES!
This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales/leads) and the subsequent documentation, assignment, and follow up of those leads.
The Inside Sales Associate's activities directly affect the bottom line and, as such, they are deeply committed to the team achieving greater and greater levels of success, as well as growing their own skills and developing into a leader within the team.
This job will require mental toughness and drive to succeed at a high level! The payout is there for the right person, with annual compensation ranging from $80K-$120K+.
Over time, as leadership skills are exhibited, the Inside Sales Associate may have the opportunity to grow into a leadership role within Andersen Group Realty.
Candidate must live within an hour of Winchester, MA and be able to periodically commute to the office as needed (when allowed). Competitive compensation plan includes Salary + Bonus on closed transactions. With a solid work ethic, the right candidate can make 6 figures in their first year.
