The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. • Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently
• Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions
• Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
• Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals
• Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads

• Mastering online lead conversion skills with daily prospecting
• Work new leads that are generated for you and continue to follow up with current contacts
• Manage and maintain leads in our company's database on a daily basis
• Build a relationship with the buyer/seller, overcome objections, and negotiate the contract while walking clients through the transaction to close
• Get buyer leads qualified and ready to transfer to one of our outside agents
• Prequalify and transfer high-quality listing appointments for our outside agents
• Consistently network/market to prospect for new customers and relationships
• Be available for morning and weekly team training held in our office
• Desire to be part of a wildly successful, fun, and growing team
• Give buyer/seller an overview of current market conditions and projections while educating them on the buying/selling process

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
• Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred

• Must be a licensed real estate agent in Arizona
• Newly Licensed Agents are welcome! (Training provided)
• This candidate is a fast starter, highly motivated by money, and is looking for the right opportunity to use their people skills and talents to build a lasting career
• A professional, sharp person who understands success comes through hard work and tenacity
• Strong work ethic and love to work the phones for six hours a day to cultivate our leads to turn into high-quality appointments for our outside agents
• Sales experience a must! Real Estate experience is not necessary
• This person is driven, ready to learn, and is always working to improve themselves
• This is a licensed position. Must have a state license.
• Candidate must be willing to contribute to a positive office environment
