We’re looking for an experienced real estate inside sales agent to play a key role on our team. This professional has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. - Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
- 40 hrs/week Monday - Friday working from home, hours 9 am-5 pm
- Daily use of the following platforms–Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Google Voice, Gmail, Google Sheets
- Initiating conversations and following up with potential leads
- Hunt, manage and qualify inbound inquiries and dispatch them to agents quickly
- Accurate and detailed tracking of leads & messages on a spreadsheet
- Dispatching leads to team agents based on current systems and procedures
- Monitoring agent follow-up once a lead has been connected with an agent
- Following current systems & developing NEW Facebook Group Expansion Strategies
- Communicating with internet leads that enter our database to connect with an agent
- Tracking and reporting of bonus compensation
- Track the number of leads from various sources
- Attend weekly team meetings over Zoom and in person
- Taking current systems and optimizing them when needed
- Being open and excited about other responsibilities and tasks as the position develops
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience in a sales position
- A High level of understanding and activity on social media–particularly Facebook and YouTube
