Our rapidly growing team is in search of a motivated real estate inside sales agent. You’ll hunt for leads, gather pertinent information for buyers and sellers, and add leads to the sales funnel. We are looking for someone who is results-oriented and has the ability to quickly connect and build rapport with people. Responsibilities
  • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs
  • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads
  • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region
  • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
  • Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals

  • Cultivate relationships to convert inbound leads to appointments
  • Present clients with the information and benefits of working with our team
  • Prospect in-bound and out-bound leads and convert
  • Practice and utilize scripts
  • Heavy calling
  • Set appointments for Team Members and potential clients
  • Create systems and procedures within the role
  • Manage leads and create a follow-up system
  • Continually seek new skills and education as it relates to Real Estate
  • Represent the team in an ethical, moral, and honest manner
  • Passionate and excited about working with people
  • Ability and willingness to grow and learn with this position

Qualifications
  • Real estate license or pursuing required
  • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • Over 1 year of experience generating real estate leads
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred

Compensation
$40,000 - $50,000 (Base + Commission)

Our hub was established in 2007 in Spokane Washington. Under the moniker "The Spokane Home Guy Group." What started as a small two-person team has grown into a powerhouse of agents servicing all of Eastern Washington, The Tri-Cities, and all of Northern Idaho.
