We’re hiring for a real estate inside sales agent to join our top-performing team. You’ll be responsible for converting pre-qualified leads into new clients and following up with existing customers to ensure they buy their next home with us. Responsibilities

  • Managing databases to include CRM's, MLS, Lead Platforms, etc.
  • Enter inbound leads and past clients’ current information into the customer database so all real estate agents and the sales team have the most up-to-date information
  • Record quarterly and monthly sales cycle performance metrics to ensure the real estate team's sales goals and conversion rates are met
  • Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients
  • Reach out to leads continuously until they have an appointment set with either a listing agent or buyer’s agent
  • Maintain relationships with homebuyers through phone calls, email, etc. to make sure they remember our business when they are ready to buy a home again

Qualifications
  • +1 year of experience generating real estate leads
  • Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
  • Real estate license required
  • Applicants must have a high school diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Track record of excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

  • Arizona Real Estate License **REQUIRED** or in Process of getting a license
  • The ideal candidate will be extremely Detail/Goal-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • 1 year Minimum Experience in Sales
  • No Victim mentality
  • A positive Attitude is a MUST!!

Compensation
$40,000+ bonuses
