Inside Sales Agent (ISA) needed for a local high growth, dynamic, top-performing residential Real Estate team. This is an exciting opportunity, we are looking for a sharp, hardworking, trustworthy, and organized sales professional with a strong ability to multitask. A can-do attitude is a must, along with the ability to learn quickly.

Ideal candidates will fulfill this full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. This is a great opportunity to grow as a sales agent while gaining a deep understanding of the inner workings of the lucrative residential real estate market here in Silicon Valley. There are unlimited growth and earnings potential in this position.         

The ISA will mainly be responsible for prospecting new leads, servicing both inbound and outbound leads from all established company sources and converting these leads into appointments for the teams' sales agents. The position can grow to include showing properties and holding open houses. 

Responsibilities

  • Effective written and verbal communication 
  • Excellent phone skills- strong closer to set appointments 
  • Comfortable memorizing and delivering call scripts 
  • Excellent Customer service and listening abilities 
  • Strong relationship building know-how 
  • Highly-organized and detail-oriented 
  • Attend training/coaching sessions and establish daily role-play partners
  • Track weekly goals to measure lead conversion ratio and meet performance benchmarks

Qualifications

A successful ISA in the real estate industry is an outgoing, result-oriented, attentive relationship builder who will always approach clients with great respect and a positive attitude. An ISA asks insightful questions to determine what clients’ needs are, in order to deliver a first-class customer experience.

The successful ISA must be able to confidently follow the approved scripts and dialogs provided by the Employer, make telephone calls to all leads/prospects, and to diligently and honestly convert each prospect contact to a quality face-to-face appointment. The position requires disciplined use and understanding of the company's designated Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) while calling the maximum number of leads/prospects each day so as to produce the maximum amount of results (Example: Achieve a minimum goal of 1 listing appointment and 4 buyer appointments per workweek). 

Compensation
$20 - $24 hourly + bonuses
