We’re expanding and we’re looking for a real estate relationship manager, inside sales agent to join our growing team. You’ll convert pre-qualified leads into new clients and turn existing customers into repeat business. Responsibilities
  • Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients
  • Maintain relationships with homebuyers through phone calls, email, etc. to make sure they remember our business when they are ready to buy a home again
  • Evaluate the team’s progress toward company goals by producing monthly and quarterly sales reports
  • Use CRM to compile current information for all customers, ensuring agents have up-to-date and accurate data
  • Reach out to leads continuously until they have an appointment set with either a listing agent or buyer’s agent

  • Prospect outbound for new clients on a daily basis from various lead sources
  • Conduct lead follow up nurture leads until appointments are set
  • Set weekly goals and be accountable to metrics
  • Track all key business activities
  • Measure conversion ratios and meet performance benchmarks
  • Attend training and establish daily role-play partners

Qualifications
  • One year of sales experience as a real estate inside sales agent, sales associate, or related position in business development or the real estate industry
  • Track record of excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Applicants must have a real estate license

  • Ability to block out distractions and listen intently to the conversation that is occurring
  • Communicates effectively with clients, peers, superiors, and vendors in written and verbal form
  • Practices memorize and internalize scripts
  • Creates a sense of comfort and familiarity through their ability to build rapport
  • Excellent follow-up, organizational, and time management skills
  • Organized, systematic, and detail-oriented

Compensation
$35,000 - $65,000 yearly
