The Curtin Team is looking to expand with a full-time Inside Sales Agent for our Roswell office. This individual craves interactions with people by phone and sees the long-term picture of developing and nurturing client-centered relationships through calls, text, and email communications. In many cases, you are the first interaction with the team so the ability to build strong rapport and qualify all leads is essential as well as having a regular follow-up system to stay in front of all past and potential business.
The capacity to make high volume outbound phone calls daily and stay positive, enthusiastic, and focused is the talent we are looking for. This person is responsible for converting ongoing relationships into listing appointments and buyer consultations for the front-line agents. Our team works hard and plays hard so someone that fits our dynamic culture and the team environment is vital.
Applicants should have a proven track record of inside sales. A real estate license is preferred but not required. Training and licensing opportunities will be provided in the employment agreement for well-qualified candidates.
