Seeking someone with a track record of phone sales.

As an Inside Sales Agent you will work the phones to prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by our team. You'll be responsible for prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments and managing leads in our contact management database system. You'll make appointments with qualified leads for the Outside Agents. 

The ideal candidate is committed to achievement and a team player. You love the phone and the close! This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while effectively assisting customers with their inquiries. 

The career opportunity for an Inside Sales Agent can lead to Lead Inside Sales Agents (hire and train other Inside Sales Agents) or move to an Outside Sales Agent, working in the field with clients buying or selling homes.

  • Prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline.
  • Track lead pipeline and manage follow.
  • Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle.
  • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections.
  • Understand and adhere to local, state and federal laws regarding real estate brokerage services
  • Wants more for themselves than just a weekly salary.
  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills.
  • You don't give up, you call until you get the appointment!
  • Be a phone animal: willingness and ability to spend 80% to 90% of workday on the phone.
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
  • Team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line.
  • Decisive and proactive, "get in and get started" attitude.
  • Georgia real estate license or actively working.
