We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to assist our growing real estate investment company and "launch" themselves into an awesome sales career.  You will be the first point of contact for our investor clients.

The ideal candidate is passionate about achievement, is good at talking with people to get the job done, and takes ownership of the sales process to maximum effectiveness. This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, responsiveness and revenue targets while effectively assisting clients with their inquiries.

As an Inside Sales Agent you will prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by our team. You will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, answering questions about available properties, and managing leads in our contact management database system. You will obtain critical information about investor needs and schedule appointments with qualified investor buyers for our Outside Sales Rep. We are looking for someone hungry to learn and grow, and who will excel in this role and be promoted into Outside Sales Rep in the next 12-24 months.

Initial pay is $20,000/year plus $300 commission for each successful transaction with target of 6-10 transactions/month.

Responsibilities
  • Rigorously follow up with leads in your pipeline
  • Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and cold calling
  • Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate investment opportunities and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle
  • Qualify leads to accurately convey motivation, competition and financial specifics to Real Estate Agents
Qualifications
  • Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills
  • Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken
  • Wants more for themselves than just a weekly salary
  • Decisive and proactive
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus
Compensation
$40,000 base plus commission

We have been investing in real estate since 2013 and have rehabbed over 50 houses. This year we are on track to do over 70 deals, including a mixture of wholesales, whole-tails, rehabs, and rentals (if those words don't mean anything to you, that's ok. As long as your teachable we are happy to educate!) Our team is made up of 5 motivated people with a passion for real estate and self-improvement.
