We’re looking for an experienced real estate inside sales agent to play a key role on our team. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. - Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions
- Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads
- Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data
- Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently
- Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals
- Schedule appointments for new leads with outside sales agents on the team through the CRM Calendar
- Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
- Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
- Over 1 year of experience generating real estate leads
- A valid Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson's License is required for this job
- At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, telemarketer, or similar position
- Must be comfortable and confident on the phone
- Must have your own phone and computer
$35,000 - $75,000+ yearly
