You’ll be responsible for converting pre-qualified leads into new clients and following up with existing customers to ensure they buy their next home with us. - Create monthly and quarterly sales reports to show the team’s progress toward company goals
- Enter inbound leads and past clients’ current information into the customer database so all real estate agents and the sales team have the most up-to-date information
- Maintain relationships with homebuyers through phone calls, email, etc. to make sure they remember our business when they are ready to buy a home again
- Reach out to leads continuously until they have an appointment set with either a listing agent or buyer’s agent
- Meet with pre-qualified leads and convert them to new customers
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
- Must have great communication and interpersonal skills
- Must possess a real estate license
- Valid U.S. driver’s license required, able to travel by car
- +1 year of experience generating real estate leads
- Must have a high school diploma, 4-year degree preferred
