- Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data
- Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
- Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met
- Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads
- Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele
- Call, Text and Email prospective buyers or sellers who have requested information. Build report and gather information about their timeline and readiness to buy or sell.
- Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must be self motivated and able to call, text and email 5-8 hours per day qualifying interested real estate buyers and sellers
- Having a real estate license will become a must but is not required at the start.
