Integrity Home Buyers LLC is a growing real estate investment company that buys and sells properties with the primary intent of creating positive outcomes for people in predicaments. We are seeking a highly motivated full-time sales representative that understands that success comes through hard work and tenacity. Sales experience is a plus, but training will be provided.

Compensation will be base pay plus commissions.

Responsibilities

•      Respond to all leads and close on them
•      Negotiate, contract, and inspect both on-market and off-market investment opportunities
•      Generate leads by various sources: auctions, pre-foreclosures, Craigslist ads, direct mail, website, realtor list, networking events, cold calling, etc.
•      Manage pipeline of prospects
•      Follow-up on leads in a timely manner
•      Review and organize due diligence on potential properties
•      Schedule and organize inspections on potential properties
•      Act as lead contact for sellers
•      Negotiate with sellers on properties
•      Overcome objections
•      Answer/return/follow up phone calls generated by the lead system
•      Schedule and conduct appointments and negotiate a win/win solution for both parties
•      Build rapport with the sellers to overcome objections to get the deal signed
•      Must be results-driven and have the mindset to want more financially
•      Use the CRM daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed
•      Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved
•      Close contracts in a timely manner
•      Willing to learn the industry and help us maintain and grow our marketplace position
•      Attend business meetings and training as required
•      Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

•      Must have business and/or sales experience (with a proven track record)
•      Must be ambitious! We’re looking for a real “Go-Getter” who wants to add value
•      Must be goal-oriented and able to hit metrics
•      Professional in attitude and appearance
•      Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities
•      Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
•      Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
•      Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
•      Someone who thinks and acts like a business and takes an ownership mentality in all that is done in this position
•      Ability to perform intermediate tasks in the Google Docs and/or MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•      Outstanding written, grammar, & verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of an organization
•      Must possess excellent organization and planning skills
•      Must possess problem-solving skills
•      Excellent time management skills and ability to adhere to schedules/deadlines
•      Must be dependable and safety-oriented
•      Self-motivated and results-driven with proven ability to succeed
•      Ability to work some nights and weekends
•      Enthusiastic about providing the best possible customer service for clients and customers
•      A roll up your sleeves, and all hands-on deck mentality to cross-functional tasks and assignments
•      Strong relationship management and the ability to drive multiple tasks to completion successfully
•      Resourceful team player and a positive “can-do” attitude
•      Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
•      Negative pre-employment drug screen and ability to pass a criminal background check
•      Good attendance record
•      Limited travel as required

$75,000+

Integrity Home Buyers specializes in helping homeowners who find themselves in situations where a traditional retail sale is difficult or not possible. The home may require too many repairs, the seller may need cash fast, the home may be unwanted after a family member passed away, divorce, upcoming foreclosure, or even just horrible tenants. We are not a high pressure team and feel we make an impact by working with sellers with 100% integrity. We have a number of local investors we work with, but many of the homes we keep as rentals or rehab and resell. Either way, our main concern, if the numbers work for both sides, is helping the homeowner out of their bad situation.
