  • Prospect new clients on a daily basis from various lead sources
  • Call the maximum number of leads/prospects each hour to produce maximum results, (texting potential clients before calling)
  • Schedule appointments for the Listing Agent, Buyer’s Specialist or Team Leaders (Cold/warm Calling, Agent Recruitment, FSBO’s, Expired, Circle Prospecting, etc.)
  • Respond to inbound calls and text messages from prospective clients
  • Follow scripts to deliver Team Value Proposition and handle objections
  • Understand and adhere to local, state, and federal laws regarding real estate brokerage services
  • Consult with real estate agents to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through the listing agreement
  • Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads
  • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
  • Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele
  • Roleplay scripts and handlers daily
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Conduct lead follow-up and nurture leads until appointments are set
  • Send text/email messages


  • A currently licensed Real Estate Agent for the state of Utah
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confidence in reaching out to potential leads
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized
  • Has a strong ability to stay calm in potentially stressful situations
  • Exceptional telephone skills—ability to set and close appointments over the phone and willingness to spend the majority of the workday on the phone

$50,000 + commission
