Compensation: $50,000 per year

We are hiring an inside sales agent (ISA) to join our growing real estate team. You’ll be responsible for prospecting new leads, answering online leads and inbound calls, building relationships with potential clients, and improving our lead conversion rate.

This job is remote due to COVID-19 but you may need to visit the office as needed and will be an in-office position when it is safe to do so.

• Meet contact and call requirements on a daily basis
• Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
• Set appointments for team agents with clients who are ready to buy or sell
• Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele
• Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
• Follow up with leads and inquiries over a long period of time
• Answer all incoming lead calls

• 2+ years of ISA/phone experience working on internet lead conversion
• Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Team player with superb interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills
