Our fast-growing real estate company is seeking an Inside Sales Agent who will facilitate the disposition of properties held by and controlled by the company. This will include marketing, negotiation, and sale. They are responsible for the development and implementation of the company’s pricing strategies, price execution, and overall price management. This will require learning, understanding, and implementation of the company philosophy regarding the analysis and negotiation of each opportunity to maximize the profits on each.

Our company sells properties all over Metro Tampa and Western NC and expanding. This position requires attention to detail, a high aptitude for sales and negotiation, organization, and excellent communication skills. We are also looking for self-starters, who can oversee and manage a high volume of projects successfully with very little or no direction. Finally, the successful candidate will have experience working in sales, and, in addition to Disposition Management, be able to lead admin team members who will be assisting.

The position of Disposition Manager involves creating marketing pieces that get emailed out to our established buyers' list on a daily basis. Once the property has been marketed to our buyers, it is the responsibility of this position to communicate in a timely fashion and ultimately negotiate the sale of our properties from the interest the marketing generates. This will take place through various means - email, text, phone calls, and/or in-person meetings. It will also be the responsibility of the Disposition Manager to coordinate showings to interested buyers as needed.  

The primary responsibility of the disposition manager is to market, negotiate, and sell properties prior to a predetermined deadline. This is a fast-paced job in a rapidly growing company. If you are a self-starter who is not afraid to get on the phone this may be for you.

We are a real estate investment firm that advertises and purchases houses from sellers who want to sell outside of the traditional seller/realtor transaction. The homes we purchase are typically below market value and in need of some renovation, which is exactly what our buyers are seeking. Many of our properties we sell other partners within our network and other local investors.

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Market properties according to established procedures
  • Continuous improvement of process and procedures
  • Create new buyer contacts in order to develop and grow our existing buyers list
  • Constant monitoring of available properties, and status along the sales process
  • Manage and facilitate successful acquisition activity with the sales team
  • Work with the entire team, utilize tools and analytics to guide pricing strategy to maximize profitable growth
  • Develop strong business relationships with buyers for maximum results and revenue for the company
  • Provide the company with reports of all sales activity on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Help to develop and implement improvement strategies with the goal of maximizing revenue
  • Enter all relevant notes into company CRM on a daily basis
  • Assist Company with misc projects as needed
  • Attend Local meetings in person of via online
  • Help see contracts through till closing
  • Builds relationship with realtors in markets we don't have cash buyers in
  • Help dispose of other wholesalers deals with whom we have a relationship with.
