We are seeking motivated individuals to assist our growing Re/Max Team in Hendersonville, TN! The ideal candidate is passionate about achievement, draws energy from connecting with people and takes ownership of the sales process to maximum effectiveness. 

Flexible availability is necessary. Must be able to work evenings and weekends. 

Responsibilities
  • This role will be key in managing our database nurturing new leads and past client referral business.
  • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections.
  • Accurately track and convey productivity and sales metrics to management.
  • Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline.
  • Minimum goal of 50 contacts a day.
Qualifications
  • Coachable and wanting to grow.
  • Ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented.
  • Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
  • Handles challenging phone conversations and being told no with ease. Understands that's a part of the sales process.
Compensation
$35,000 - $40,000 at plan
