We’re looking for an experienced real estate inside sales agent to play a key role on our team. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. Responsibilities
  • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
  • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
  • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
  • Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
  • Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele

  • Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments, responding to customers quickly and efficiently
  • Process community applications
  • Calls to the buyer and prepare them for docs needed by their lender and give them an estimated close date
  • Followup calls to the buyer regarding docs needed and reminding of closing timelines
  • Collect buyer docs to review and send to the lender
  • Post coordinate sale and pending sale signs and coordinate hiring photographer for pictures to use in online marketing
  • Schedule showing
  • Post showing follow up call
  • Work with the title company for closing docs
  • Coordinate doc signing with CM and Buyer
  • Picture of the sold sign with the buyer and home to use in online marketing

Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • +1 year of real estate sales experience
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car

  • 2+ years of customer service
  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Requires a strong service orientation
  • Influential communicator of ideas and programs

Compensation
$40,000+ Commissions
