This job, like all sales jobs, can be easy. It can also be hard... really hard. It depends on the type of person you are. If you want to do the bare minimum, it can be pretty easy. But we are not interested in people that do the bare minimum. We do not settle for mediocrity.

Job Details:

Let's just call it what it is... it's mostly phone sales. Roughly 60% to 70% of your day is going to be spent on the phone receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls to generate business opportunities for a Team of Agents. The rest of your time is spent texting, emailing, maintaining databases, training, and tracking your performance. If that sounds fun to you, then apply!

You get paid to show up to work, you get paid when your appointment shows up to an appointment you set, and you get paid again when our Team's Agent shows up, does their job, and closes the deal!

It's easy to make $40,000 a year. It's possible to make $80,000+ a year. We're looking for people willing to understand and do what it takes to turn this opportunity into a six-figure springboard into a career as a top-producing Real Estate Agent.

$100/day -$25/appointment that shows, 5-10% of commission when the deal closes.

Responsibilities
  • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
  • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region
  • Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently
  • Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads
  • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
Qualifications
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position
  • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license

  • Outbound prospecting using JDHT's unique system for generating, cultivating, and converting leads into business
  • Inbound lead management and conversion
  • Daily training, script practice, use of JDHT's proprietary intuitive sales software
  • Reporting sales activities (number of conversations, number of nurtures, number of appointments set, and number of appointments kept)

$80,000 at plan
