We are currently seeking Inside Sales Agents. The Inside Sales Agent will prospect for and acquire new buyers for investment properties on a daily basis from our proprietary strategy for finding new cash buyers. You will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, and managing leads in our contact management database system. You will obtain critical information about buyer leads and build relationships with Cash Buyers in multiple markets

We are looking for someone who is results-oriented, has the ability to quickly connect and build rapport with cash buyers, and possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments with field agents in order to provide quick response times to their needs
  • You will spend the larger part of your day communicating with prospective clients via telephone and email as well as managing all sequences of the sales cycle so that our customers needs are met in an efficient and organized way
  • Use our CRM to compile a list of all leads and regularly follow-up on those leads to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
  • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area served by our team to expand our sales region and meet the needs of a larger customer base
  • A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base
  • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion
  • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on
Qualifications
  • Driven to succeed
  • Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills
  • You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Great phone presence with a closer mentality
  • Strong negotiation skills preferred
  • Ability to build long lasting relationships with investor buyers in multiple markets.
Compensation
$50,000+ Includes Base pay + Commission
