Work hours: M-F | 8 hours a day EST

• Assess and convert the leads into qualified leads then forward it to the Realtors for further actions.
• Communicate with prospects via email, texts, and other forms of communication to convert a lead into a qualified lead to be forwarded to the Realtors.

Qualifications needed: Points given

• Inside Sales Agent with over 3 years of experience in Real Estate Industry in the USA. (Cold/ Circle Prospecting and New Lead callings minimum 400 calls per day)..............................30points
• Experienced handling in CRM, Computer Skills such as Google applications (sheets, docs, ptt, drive, voice, gmail) MS office, Canva, Zoom, Trello, Event/Program coordination, Audio /Video editing, Graphic design and dialers........................……………………………………………………………….25points
