We’re looking for an experienced real estate inside sales agent to play a key role on our team. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our Buying and Listing Specialists. Responsibilities
  • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
  • Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met
  • Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently
  • Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele

  • Speed-To-Lead: field incoming paid lead inquiries as quickly as possible to ensure the highest conversion rates for the Team's paid lead sources

Qualifications
  • Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • +1 year of real estate sales experience
  • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills

  • Real Estate experience preferred
  • Call center experience a plus but not required

Compensation
$45,000+ at plan commission
