Our rapidly growing team is in search of a motivated real estate inside sales agent. You’ll hunt for leads, gather pertinent information for buyers and sellers, and add leads to the sales funnel. We are looking for someone who is results-oriented and has the ability to quickly connect and build rapport with people. Responsibilities
  • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs
  • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads
  • Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met
  • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
  • Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele

  • Build relationships with your connections, family, friends, previous co-workers, etc., to generate leads and potential clients
  • Market yourself as a real estate professional online, via social media, using print materials, by hosting seminars, by attending networking events, and more
  • Qualify the incoming leads you generate and schedule appointments to educate potential clients on the home buying or selling process
  • Research the local real estate market to advise your sellers on positioning the list price of their property
  • Show properties to buyers and guide them through the home buying process

Qualifications
  • Real estate license or pursuing required
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • +1 year of real estate sales experience

  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Candidates must have a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is advantageous
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Must be prepared to complete the required 75-hours of education—a 45-hour Real Estate Practice class and a 30-hour Real Estate Fundamentals class
  • Pass the PA Real Estate Licensing Exam with a grade of 70% or higher
  • Joining BHHSHR requires a commitment to completing our Accelerate Program. Successful completion of the Accelerate program ensures our newly licensed agents get their careers off to a great start

Compensation
$40,000 - $65,000 yearly
