Responsibilities

This role is primarily in the office with 60-70% of the time spent on the phone with 40+ prospective buyers and sellers per day.

  • Tenaciously prospect for, qualify and follow up with seller and buyer leads
  • Schedule appointments with qualified leads for our agents
  • Utilize strong communication and follow up skills to schedule and coordinate appointments
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline through the use of our CRM
  • Provide top-notch customer service

Qualifications

We provide coaching, training, and resources to help you achieve your professional and personal goals.

  • Key skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong phone voice, ability to connect and build rapport quickly over the phone, self-motivated, high accountability, excellent organizational, and time management skills
  • Real estate experience not required. Must be willing to eventually obtain a TN Real Estate License.
  • Previous customer service and phone experience preferred

Compensation
$36,000 - $50,000
